Born in Rahway, she lived in the Colonia section of Woodbridge Township before moving to Ocean County in 1998.
Judy was a property manager, most recently at Brick Gardens, Brick Township.
She was predeceased by her sister, Debra Snyder in 2010.
Surviving are her husband, Vincent of Highland Park; her parents, James W. and Joan E. (Thorn) Snyder, her sisters, Diane Nelson and her husband Jerald of Howell, and Jeanne Snyder of Lakewood; her brother, James D. Snyder and his wife Roseann of Fords; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Cremation was private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday from 3-5 at the funeral home.
