Nicole Marie Kelly

Nicole was born September 19, 1990 in Staten Island, New York and moved to Bayville, NJ in 1998 where she remained a resident. Nicole attended Central Regional and Collier High School and graduated in 2008. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Social Work in 2014 from Stockton University. Nicole was compassionate and dedicated to helping those around her, as exemplified by her previous work supporting youth and adults within the Social Work field.

Nicole lived her life vibrantly and creatively. Her passions included making art and music, learning new languages, reading, writing, photography, and dance. She loved nature and animals, especially her two cats- Bobo & FellyBell. Nicole will be remembered for her resilience as well as her sensitive heart.

She is survived by her loving mother and father- Barbara and Joseph Kelly, her siblings- Joseph, Tara, and Brian Kelly, her paternal grandparents- Joseph and Elizabeth Kelly, her maternal grandmother- Maryann Graf, her aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Nicole's Life will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 6-9 p.m. at Horizon Funeral Home located at 1329 Rt. 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755. Please use the entrance to the Life Storage parking lot. Parking is in the rear of the building, as well as the entrance. Masks are required. Please dress casually.

In remembrance of Nicole's life, her family requests that in lieu of flowers, a charitable donation be made to causes dear to Nicole's heart. These causes include animal rescues and mental health non-profit organizations. Below are two options. Thank you.
