Born in Paterson, NJ, Mr. Carroll spent most of his life in New Jersey, until he retired to Leesburg, FL where he lived just prior to moving to his current home in Toms River five years ago.
Robert was predeceased by his parents, John and Eileen Carroll and is survived by his loving wife, Karin; brother Jack and his wife, Rita of Florida, sister Janice Carroll of Hackettstown, NJ, sister-in-laws Alice Makai & Darlene Finstra, his niece and
nephew Dawn & Terence Taggart, niece Heidi Scalzott, nephew Jason Cook , great nieces Taylor and Shannon Taggart, Delaney and Kalina Scalzott and Madison Cook.
A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 from 7PM to 9PM at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A memorial mass will be offered at St. Joseph's RC Church, 685 Hooper Avenue, Toms River on Tuesday, February 7 at 11AM.
