Samuel (Lonny) L. Rosenfeld, age 81, of Berkeley Township, passed away at his home on Friday, July 22, 2022. He was born January 9, 1941, in Newark, NJ, to parents Nathan and Evelyn Rosenfeld. He was a resident of Toms River.
Samuel (Lonny) proudly served in both the Marines and the Army. He owned two successful businesses, Skips Automotive and Lons Painting Plus. He was an Avid golfer and played golf all over the world. Samuel (Lonny) was loved by many and will be missed.
Samuel is preceded in death by his wife, Madelyn Rosenfeld. Surviving is his two daughters, Elaine Miera and Laurie D’Andria; grandson, David Price; granddaughters, Jessica Lea Price and Angelina L. D’Andria; great-grandchildren, Gavin Uzzell and Ember Rossi.
Services will be private under the direction of Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial donation in Samuel’s name be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
