Sandra worked for Howell Township School District for 25 years and retired in July 2018.
Predeceased by her parents, Herbert and Genevieve Bell, Sandra is survived by her brother, John Bell and his companion, Barbara Schwenk of Manalapan, NJ; her son, Patrick Lang and his wife, Gina Lang of Howell, NJ; her daughter Laura Caggiano and her husband Ross Caggiano of Toms River, NJ; and her 4 grandchildren, Christian, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, and Ryan.
A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 10 AM to 12 PM at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Rt. 37 West, Toms River, NJ, 08755
Masks are required in the funeral home.
