Teresa Melyan, 88, died peacefully Saturday, March 19, 2022 at The Arbors Long Term Care facility. She was born in Isabella, Puerto Rico to Casino Alameda and Carmen Santiago.
Teresa married the love of her life George Melyan and was married for 52 years before his passing. They were blessed with 3 sons, John, Gary (predeceased) and Jimmy. She has 6 grandchildren, Julia, Nicky, Kayla, Steven and 2 step grandchildren Deanna and Joseph along with 3 great grandchildren, Gabriella, James and Jack.
Teresa was a small but feisty woman who always said what was on her mind but had a heart of gold. She used to love playing dominoes, gardening going to the casinos, cooking her Puerto Rican cuisine and animal watching. She will be remembered for her love of family and her infectious laughter.
Funeral Service will be held at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ on Friday, March 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM.
