Born in Fletcher OK, Mr. Haskins was an "Army Brat" who lived throughout the world during his father's Army career.
He settled in NJ in 1990, and has lived in Whiting since 2016.
Mr. Haskins was a Navy Veteran of the Viet Nam War, and worked as a sales manager for most of his career.
He was an independent jeweler and an accomplished silversmith for the past 20 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, William R. Haskins Sr. and Ruth B. Harred Haskins, as well as his brother, Michael.
He is survived by his partner, Elizabeth Konopacki, and many friends.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10-12 at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, followed by interment with Military Honors at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
