Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at Centenary Hospital in his 98th year. Devoted husband of Marie for 60 years. Loving dad of Larry, Gordon, Marlene (Dale), Brian (Debbie) and Bill. Proud gramps of Ben, Josh, Michael, Ryan, Peter, Christopher, Jeremy, Jessie and two great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by brother John, many nieces, nephews and friends. Albert was an employee with City of Toronto-Parks Department for 30 years. He drove the Zamboni at Ted Reeve Arena and later was a trainer for Wexford Junior A. Among being involved with other organizations. A memorial service will be held at JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Ontario SPCA.
