Born in Prasino, Florina, Greece, Alexandra was the beloved daughter of the late Sevda and Daniel Palla. She was the cherished wife of George Koichopolos and a devoted mother to Giuseppe (Diana) and Chiara.
A loving and treasured Baba, Alexandra will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Christine (Kostas), Christopher, Erica, Vanessa, and Steven (Zoe). She was also a proud great-grandmother to Olivia, who brought her immense joy and happiness.
Alexandra was the dear sister of the late Olga, Kalliopi, Lena, Stephanie, and Petrina. She will be deeply missed by her extended family, dear friends, and all whose lives were touched by her kindness, warmth, and unconditional love.
Alexandra found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved cooking for her family and caring for those around her, always putting the needs of others before her own. A true fashionista, she took pride in her appearance and carried herself with elegance and grace. She also enjoyed knitting and found fulfillment in creating with her hands and nurturing those she loved.
The family would like to thank the entire devoted staff at Grove Park Home (Aspen), Barrie Ontario, for their wonderful care of our mother. She was extremely fond of you all.
Her memory will be treasured forever by all who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be provided to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
