CARRINGTON (Reid), Alice Marie September 30, 1916 - August 7, 2010. Passed away peacefully at the Briton House, Toronto. Beloved mother of Ian Reid (Alexa Colenbrander). Loving Nana to Hamish and Innes. Predeceased by husband John Carrington (1995), and Bruce B. Reid (1984). Survived by brother Clem (Yvonne) Elshout, and many well loved nieces and nephews. Graduate of Bishop Strachan School and U. of Indiana (B.A.). Devoted to family, loved golf, sailing, entertaining, reading, and current events. A friend to many; a pleasure to be with.
