Merky was a doting husband, and a loving father and grandfather, a dear brother and uncle, and a good friend and neighbour. Everyone liked him.
Merky was lots of fun yet highly responsible. He loved family get togethers. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his extended family and his friends. (He was camp cook!). In his prime Merky was a champion of the roller skating rink which is where the love of his life, Carmel, snared him. Together they enjoyed many trips to Vegas though always in moderation.
Farewell to a kind and amiable man.
He is survived by his wife Carmella. His daughter Paula , his son in law Julian and his beloved grandchildren Tristan, Rebecca., and George.
