   I will always remember her smile. Ann was the first person to welcome me to Woburn when I joined the staff in 1978. I thought that this must be a wonderful place to work with a person like Ann here.
   Her soft spoken manner, her winning smile made Ann a 
natural leader. She accomplished so much during her time at Woburn. We all looked up to her. 
    I remember that her students adored her. She was able to teach her students in a manner that endeared her to them. That is how I wanted to teach so I modelled my classes on her example. I came in a poor second.
   Her memory is etched in a thousand minds that she helped to nurture. She will not be forgotten.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Ann's passing.  As a student at Woburn Collegiate, I had the good fortune to be in Mrs. Wilcox's grade 13 English class. Her love of literature and teaching was contagious. What I learned from Ann, I now use with my own students. When I became an English teacher, Ann continued in her role as my teacher by hiring me as a supply teacher in the spring of 1991. I will forever regard her as an inspiration and mentor. My sympathies to her whole family.

Bruce & Nancy Grundy were very saddened to her of Ann's passing. We have wonderful fond memories of the first theatre productions at Woburn. Also meeting for Christmas lunches with students & staff from the graduating classes of 1968/69. Our thoughts are with her family at this time.

So sorry to hear of this news. Ann was a wonderful colleague at Woburn CI and fellow administrator. She was an inspiration to students and adults alike. My condolences to her sons and their families.

Anne and I were very close friends through high school and university, but lost touch after she and John married . I am saddened to hear of her passing, and would like very much to know of her family and professional years. I am listed in the Toronto phone book.
