

Antonio was born in Sora, Frosinone, Italy, on March 11, 1944, to the late Dante Natalizio and the late Maria Tanzi. He immigrated to Canada in 1964, where he soon met his beloved wife, Violet. Antonio and Violet wed in August of 1966, and in 1968, they celebrated the births of their children, Yvette and Mark.
Antonio was a man who embraced life with joy, enthusiasm, and boundless energy. Known for his charisma, love for fun, and good looks, he thrived in the company of others. Alongside his late wife, Violet, Antonio opened his heart and home to family and friends, always ready to host a celebration or party.
Before his retirement, Antonio ran a successful Auto Electric business, earning a reputation as a skilled and talented Auto Electrician. His dedication to his craft and commitment to excellence were admired by many. Antonio had a deep passion for soccer and Formula 1 racing. Throughout his life, he forged lifelong friendships, creating countless memories filled with good stories, delicious food, and laughter.
Above all, Antonio cherished his family. His loved ones, near and far, were everything to him, but it was his role as a devoted Nonno to Miranda and Dante that brought him his greatest joy and fulfillment.
He will be reunited with his beloved wife, Violet (née Marrocco), who predeceased him in 2004.
Antonio was the cherished father of Yvette and Mark (Maria); the proud Nonno of Miranda and Dante; loving sibling to Tina (the late Domenico), the late Enzo (Collette), Benito (Angela), and Umberto (Anna);and loving brother-in-law to the late Silvano (Serina). He will be lovingly remembered by his many nephews and nieces here in Canada and Italy.
Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 2-8 pm. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 11 am. Private cremation to follow.
