Antonio Pilla

Loving husband to his cherished wife Maria. Devoted father to John, and beloved father-in-law to Alison. Proud nonno to Nathan. Dear brother to Lia. Predeceased by his treasured brother, Palmino, and sister, Concetta.

Antonio’s life was one filled with love: for music, sports, comedy, and strongest of all, for his family. His adoration for his loved ones was apparent to all, and perhaps could be felt most through his story-telling. Antonio was a man with a full life, and equally full tales. His captivating stories created smiles, laughter, tears, and inspiration, and will be missed by all who knew him.

Guests of the Pilla family will be received at DELMORO FUNERAL HOME, 61 Beverly Hills Drive (one light south of Wilson Avenue and west of Jane Street) on Monday, August 1, 2016 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Philip Neri Roman Catholic Church, 2100 Jane Street (one light south of Wilson Avenue) on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 10:30 am. Entombment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 4570 Yonge Street.

Donations in memory of Antonio may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Sick Kids Foundation, or a charity of donator’s choice.
