Nancy grew up in Birmingham, England, where she learned to dance. At the age of 14 she moved to London to continue her studies and eventually working in several west end theater productions. In the early 1950’s she began working in a travelling show company, entertaining the troops at various military bases around Germany. It was during the time that she met her future husband Charles ‘Bud’ Albert Hill, eventually moving to Canada in 1954.
Nancy was predeceased by her husband Bud and her youngest son Harold. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her surviving son Chris.
Nancy was always interested in fitness whether it was dance, yoga or platies and was trying to stay fit right up until the end. She also loved to read spending her days using a tablet when her eyesight became too poor to read physical books.
