Devoted mother of Robert (Irene Vrbensky), Victoria (Derek Thompson), Rochelle Ewaskiw, Vincent and missed by Ed Ewaskiw. Loving Nanny of Tamara, Alysia, Amanda, Antoni and Matthew. Beloved sister of Lorraine Lamont and Husband John Lamont, Yvonne Van Gent and their families.
Barbara was a dedicated mother to her family and proud of her work accomplishments. She was devoted in her Christian faith and worked tirelessly to support her family throughout her working life. She retired after working 30 years at Novopharm and loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Barbara will be dearly loved, remembered, and forever missed by all of her family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin St.) on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 11:30am-1:00pm. PLEASE NOTE that the Covid19 restrictions that are currently in place limit the number of people that can be in the visitation room or the chapel in the funeral home, when you arrive, you may need to wait in line socially distanced or in your car until space becomes available.
Due to the limited number of people that can attend the funeral service, it will remain private for the family. For those family and friends that are not able to attend the Funeral Service in person, it will be Livestreamed on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 1:30pm.
The Interment Service will take place at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Ave. W. All family and friends are welcome to join the family there. For those that are not able to attend at the cemetery, the service will also be Livestreamed. The Livestream will begin once we arrive at the cemetery (approximately 20 minutes after the end of the Livestream Funeral Service).
