Bert, as he is lovingly known by his family and friends, was born in S.t Basile in New Brunswick and is predeceased by both of his parents, his beloved wife Rachel Bouchard (nee Richard) and two of his grandchildren Peter and Mitchel.
Bert is survived by his loving children Bertrand Bouchard Jr., Pierrette Graziano , Carrrolle Gaudry and his loving partner of 20 years Lina Santos.
Bert is a willful man who fought hard all his life and who will be terribly missed by all who knew him especially his grandchildren Sarah, Christopher, Selena and Brayden.
