My deepest condolences to the family, you are all in my prayers.
Bruno was one of the nicest people I have ever met. When I was 6 years old my grandmother moved into 100 Cavell Ave, Bruno was the super at that time and for many years thereafter. He knew I was a hyper little girl and sitting around the building wasn't fun for me. So, he would let play in the lobby, give me money to get treats at the store and was always keeping me busy. I loved coming to visit my grandmother but I also loved visiting Bruno! He would joke that somehow we were actually related because of our last names and as a child I believed him. My grandmother and I often still talk about Bruno. He definitely left a lasting impression on us, he will be missed by many.

Emily Cortese, granddaughter of Helen Wade.

I have so many fond memories of my Zio! These memories I will cherish forever.
I remeber as a little girl, I would at times spend my summer vacations at my Zio Bruno's house and I would sit and watch baseball games with him.
The drive to New York for a family wedding.
My Zio Bruno's advice to me about being a city employee and his funny stories.
My Zio's wonderful stories about my Nonna and Nonno and the funny stories of himself and my mom as children.
My Zio playing cars with Andrew when he was small.
My Zio's love of playing cards with his siblings and friends.
A very kind, witty, funny, and loving Zio!

Love you Zio 💙 Zio, you will be missed but will always remain close to my heart. 🙏
