How do you describe a man who was one in billion? Caring, loving, generous...the list goes on. A great friend and a brother to all. He was a lover of life who always had a smile and kind word on his lips. A teacher and mentor to many of us.We love you and  We're  going to miss the sopressata and wine making days. We're going to miss your stories and your vast knowledge of life. Our own personal google for things you can't find on google... Most of all, we're  going to miss you little buddy. Love you Carm.

Our condolences to Carmen's family.  May your loving memories of Carmen help sustain you through this difficult time and in the years to come.  We will miss him very much.  He was a wonderful neighbour and we feel lucky that we able to get to know him and his beautiful smile.  He was always smiling.  He gave Wayne some seeds from his jumbo tomatoes and wanted them to "live on".  They certainly will as we gave some to our son, Jason.  Every summer, we will remember Carmen fondly when these tomatoes grow! He fought a long and courageous battle and may he be at peace now.

You have done an amazing job raising your children - Danny is a refined, generous, hardworking, cultured, loving man with a big heart and unbelievable family values. His qualities are admired tremendously by his close knit circle of friends and family. Adriana -  is a sweet, kind, gentle, generous friend, wife and mother... Even though you left so many behind so soon, look down knowing you've accomplished so much and you will be loved and missed by many. May God rest your soul and guide you to peace and eternal serenity.

Zio Carmen, you will be so greatly missed by my family and I.  I will always cherish the laughs we had together.  You were a pillar of strength for me and you gave me great inspiration. A true gentleman from a simpler time, a gentler place.  It is impossible to think of Carm standing alone by himself, even when he lived alone, because he always surrounded himself with friends and family-and food and wine, as you all know, which he insisted on sharing with anyone who walked trough his door. Everything he did seemed to be with great passion to make it the best, and with craftsmanship-his wine, his pizza oven, his meats, his peppers, because he looked forward to sharing it with friends and family. And he was generous with teaching others how to do it too.  One of the most generous souls I've ever known.  Already missed so much.
