It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Carol Allyson Cuming, on January 10th, 2014 surrounded by family at the age of 67.
Carol is survived by her sisters Sandra Elizabeth Cuming and Susan Jane Cuming (Martin).
Carol was predeceased by her father Howard Nelson Cuming (2008) and her mother Peg Cuming (Moran) (1969).
Carol will be deeply missed by her numerous cousins especially Louise Allison who had been her email pal for many years.
Carol enjoyed interacting with people. Always an extrovert she befriended everyone. She at one time volunteered at a senior's home visiting, assisting at lunches and calling Bingo - one of her favourite pastimes.
She was known as a sweet and loving person by all who knew her. She met many life challenges bravely.
Special thanks to the St. Michael's ICU staff that gave her great care and dignity in the few days she was there.
A private cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Epilepsy Association would be gratefully appreciated.
