Carolyn Smith passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 60. She was a loving daughter to Allen and Edith Smith and mother to 3 beautiful daughters, Jaclyn, Samantha and Daniel. Beloved grandmother to Melina, Caynen, Ethan, Skyla and Thomas. Sister to Trudy, Timothy, Linda. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A visitation for Carolyn will be held Monday, December 19, 2022 from 1:00 -3:00 PM at Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON M4C1L3, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM.
