With profound sadness, we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Declan, who left us on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Toronto, at the age of 70.
Declan was predeceased by his loving parents, Brendan and Katherine O'Carroll, and his brother Gary. He is lovingly remembered by his surviving brothers, Brian and John. Declan also leaves behind his dear friend Kevin, along with an extended circle of friends and neighbours who will miss him deeply.
A life gone too soon, Declan will forever remain in our hearts.
