Denis was predeceased by his father Denis Joseph Adams, his mother Evangeline Theresa Adams (nee Nicholls) and his brother Kevin George Gerard Adams.
Denis is survived by his loving spouse of 28 years Tina Adams (nee Pulver), his two sisters Mary Elizabeth Adams (Darwin Duckworth), Jacqueline Mae Gerarda Adams and his brother James Henry Adams (Janet Patricia Doran), his son Steven Paul Crook and his stepson Sean Paul Pulver Da Silviera.
Denis will be deeply missed by his nephews: Matthew Adams (Jane Nar), James Denis Adams, Joshua Andrew Adams, Connor Denis Adams (Ashley) and his niece Madison Muriel Adams (Kris), Ryan James Adams, Stephen Patrick Adams and Kevin Denis Adams.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Giffen-Mack & Trull Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON, M4C1L3, CA, on June 16, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
