Our hearts are heavy as we remember our friend Denny.  Our memories will always be with Denny and his kind spirit.  He was always happy.  He often spoke about his little dog Loco and how much joy God’s creation brought to him.
We spent a beautiful day together this summer at our home.  His companionship and kindness will be greatly missed.  Our deepest condolences go out to his sister Anita.  May God give you comfort.
  Anita, we leave you with this verse from Revelation 21:4 “ And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away”

I only got to know Danny recently, even though we have been living in the same building for years! One day he offered my daughter to take his dog Locko for a walk! I didn’t know at that time he wasn’t feeling well , that was back in the spring 2021.. My daughter walked his dog for a bit, than I took a turn as well. After each walk, Danny always compensated our time ( my daughter and I ) even though we did it voluntarily, he had to on any way say thank you! One day, after I walked his dog, Danny asked me to wait , then he got to his apartment and came back with a beautiful painting of two angles, he said it’s for my daughter and I, as it reminds him of us! He was a sweet, kind person! It’s really sad , that you got to know someone like Danny only for a short while, just a few months before he left us..May his soul find peace!

The times I saw Danny we were doing kind deeds together. We filled his truck with clothes and food for the homeless and went to distribute them to those in need. Danny knew where they all were, as he made it a common practice to go and help the helpless. Danny truly had a heart of gold, where loving others is of greatest importance. He fulfilled his mission sent from Jesus, "When I was hungry, you fed me. When I was naked, you clothed me. When I was sick and in prison, you visited me. For if you have done it unto the least of these my brethren you have done it unto me. Come you blessed of my Father, receive the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world".
Danny understood what life is all about, not getting things for one self alone, but rather human connection and reaching out to those in need to touch them with the love of God.

Danny had the kindest and biggest heart I have ever known anyone to have. From a young age he always helped people who needed it. When he was a young man he participated in community service for something he did that he shouldn't have, and as it turned out, God used him to help a group of people with Muscular Dystrophy.  The entire  group were confined to wheel chairs. They had sessions of therapy performed in a swimming pool in which a special crane was used to lower them one by one into the water. Danny assisted the therapists with whatever they needed. He got to know all the MD patients.   Having a very loving and joyful nature, Danny decided to give these beautiful people some enjoyment and fun.  So one by one, he picked up each person ,into his arms,  and jumped into the water cannonball style, so that they could feel the joy that a fully healthy person could experience.  They were all ecstatic with joy. He later brought them all down to our parent's restaurant and not only acted as waiter, but cooked the meals they ordered from the menu himself, and then picked up the chek and paid my mother. Danny brought joy and laughter to everyone's life. He will truly be greatly missed.
