Peacefully at Vermont Square Long Term Nursing Home. Earl, former department head of English for more than 25 years at Sir John A. Macdonald Collegiate Institute in Scarborough. Previously taught at R.H. King Academy and Cedarbrae Collegiate Institute. Earl will be greatly missed by his former colleagues and students. Earl was a long time member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. A Funeral Mass will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 520 Sherbourne Street (just north of Wellesley Street) followed by a reception in the church hall.
