Elena was an incredible woman. Under the duress of civil war in El Salvador she picked up her family and made the move to Canada seeking safety and a better life for her family, she found employment in a small restaurant called Tacos El Asador. When the owners were looking to move on she jumped on the opportunity to make the restaurant her own. With her impeccable work ethic, her perseverance and homemade recipes along with support of her husband and sons allowed Tacos El Asador to grow to the success it is today. She has touched countless lives with her kindness and generosity. She was a humble servant of God and allowed God to lead her through her life and now God had brought her home to her eternal resting place. May she forever Rest In Peace.

So happy to have met this beautiful lady and been embraced by her! Also, have to add how delicious her food contributions were to any of the grandkids' parties or when I went to the restaurant! Hope all the family takes comfort and strength from this gracious lady! ( Also hope someone was lucky and took some cooking tips from her)! Blessings dear one and hope your future generations continue with your legacy!
