Predeceased by her husband, Robert, in 2001. She is survived by her daughter Cindy (Chris), grandson James, niece Maureen (Percy) and nephew Keith.
Frances had a genuine interest in others, always making people feel welcome in her home. She truly valued her friends, neighbours and family.
We will miss her smiling blue eyes, her sense of humour, her common sense counsel and words of encouragement.
The family would like to thank the palliative care team and care providers for their diligence, kindness and support.
A celebration of life will be held at Jerrett's Funeral Home (660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough) on Saturday November 8th at 1:00. Please wear something blue to recognize Frances's favourite colour.
Donations can be made to the Scarborough General Hospital (where she worked as a volunteer for many years and received very good care) or to an animal charity of your choice (to acknowledge her love of animals, especially dogs).
