Penfound, Frances- (nee Murphy)Peacefully, on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, in Toronto, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of Herbert Penfound. Loving mother of son Jeff Penfound and daughter-in-law Bonnie Penfound. Dearest grandmother to Elissa Penfound. Remembered for her service in the WWII Canadian Women’s Army Corp and her role as a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute. Friends may visit at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel 467 Sherbourne St. (south of Wellesley) on Sunday August 16 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the Coach House Chapel on Monday August 17 at 1 pm. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society.
