To the Conway Family, My sincere condolences on the passing of Frank. When I joined the Police Service in 1972, Frank was one of my Sergeants. I always found him to be a fair person, but also one who could go along with a practical joke. We had several P.C.'s from the old school who could not bring themselves to the new ways. Frank would simply tell them, "Look these new people are starting there career in the radio room. Just get along with them and things will be fine." Well it took some time but they came around. We had great people back then and I would put Frank in that top group. I will always have fond memories of Frank and our time at 590 Jarvis. R.I.P. Brother.

I always remember him as a happy go lucky guy. I was a detective in 32 CIB and the drug squad and Frank was always there to assist. The colored photo is how I remember him. Like Frank I wore those old box neck tunics in the b.w. picture not very comfortable.
