Frank Eric Rickard, age 61, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Monday August 28, 2023.
Family and friends will be received at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home on Tuesday September 5th from 12 - 3 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 3 pm. Cremation to follow
