Joyce and Barry Twohig

Angela and Family our deepest sympathies on your loss. Words cannot express our deep sorrow. We are family and we love you all. You and the family will continued to be in our prayers. I remember when Fred was working with kids at FBC and singing with the Voices of Joy. RIP Fred.

I remember listening to Fred pray at choir practice - it always lifted my spirits. He was such an authentic person. Always ready with a hug and a smile. I'll miss his dry humour and obscure movie references 😊. He will be deeply missed 💔

Auntie Ang and family,

I am so sorry for your loss and I pray for strength to get you through the days, months and years ahead. R.I.P Uncle Fred.

My condolences to the family. He was such a great guy. He will truly be missed

Had the pleasure of meeting Fred through the power and healing of music. Over the years I knew him to be a wonderful and supportive friend to everyone, no matter the walk of life or circumstance. His infectious joy and goodwill are surely missed but never forgotten. My deepest prayers and condolences to the family and extended loved ones.

You will be missed. My sympathy & condolences. God bless

Dear Angela & family,

I was so sad and shocked to hear the sad news about Fred. I recall his wit and fresh sense of humour. Conversing with him was always enjoyable and uplifting. I was fond of him.

My thoughts are with Angela and family at this difficult time. I pray that you find comfort and strength.

Take care,

Joanne Abeles

Fred was an Awesome guy! I remember staying over at your house and on the way there we were singing, Fred never once said a word about us being to loud in the car, at dinner he was a gracious host, I think he loved having guest over. We talked, we laughed almost to tears. There will never be another Fred, loved him like a brother. Angela, wish I could be there for you as a Friend and Cousin due to medical reasons, I'm unable to travel at this time. However, I would but may God's love, strength and peace be with you and the Family at this time of loss. Love you Cousin.

Dear Angela, I’m sorry that I can’t be there to show my support to you and the family. The thing about Fred was that he was so laid back, to use a phrase, so “chill”. While he had strong opinions, he would never force his opinions on you. Everything it seemed, he took it in stride. I loved watching you both as a couple and always enjoyed visiting you and the family at your home. God bless you and to my brother, Rest In Peace. With Love, Michael

Fred was a dear friend to all of us in the Upper Beaches neighborhood. When Fred walked into any place with his beautiful smile , the entire room lit up. Fred always had a witty joke to share and if you didn't think it was funny, Fred didn't care, he'd be laughing like he heard it for the first time.

Fred was also a deep lover of music. Fred loved karaoke, live bands, DJ entertainment and music videos like Tiny Desk Concerts. Fred sang like no one was listening and danced like no one was watching.

Fred was simply happy-go-lucky, spontaneous, and easy like Sunday morning. Fred barely complained about anything or anybody. In fact, Fred turned every negative into a positive.

Fred had a brilliant mind and held very strong political beliefs. He knew a lot about local and world affairs. He had a strong sense of social justice and was very progressive.

Fred was a family man. Fred deeply loved his wife Angela, their children and grandchildren. Fred spoke of them often, I am so saddened family. My deepest condolences.

Fred was a shining star for you to see, what the world could truly be. Rest in eternal peace Fred. Gone too soon.

Terri-Ann and family
A neighborhood friend

My sincere condolences to you , Angela and family. My prayers for you that God will continue to give you courage and strength .
My memories of Fred is while singing in
The Voices of Joy at First Baptist Church. We had some good times.
RIP Fred , fly with the angels .🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My deepest condolences to Angela and her family. We cannot Lord thy purpose see. But all is well that is done by Thee!

It was with extreme shock and sadness I heard about Fred's passing. Fred will be missed dearly by all who have known him over the years.

Fred worked beside me at Bell, and I have known him for about 20 years. He was unique, and a charming person in many ways. I teased him often, and he always played along. There were times he would laugh out loud, that made me mimic his laughter all in good fun and spirit and now its hard to imagine that Fred is no longer with us.

My most sincere and deepest condolences to Angela, and his children. May the grace of God give you all the strength to bear this difficult loss, and to help you all cherish the fond memories of Fred.

Cheers my dear friend and co-worker! Rest in eternal peace, I say this with a very broken heart!

May God Bless your soul!

I remember skating around with Fred, Tracy and Mike in south Regent rink.
Well, Fred was flyin around, and we were just trying to keep up.
I remember thinking that Fred was going to the NHL,
That's what i remember about Fred...

I will miss seeing Fred every so often in the office. He always said hello. Having met him when I was a little girl at church with family, I always thought he was like family.

Angela...May care and love of those around you provide comfort and peace to get you through the days ahead. My most sincere condolences to you and the family.

Keeping you all in prayer.
