Gabriel Anthony Jacobs began his journey into the spirit world May 22, 2015 at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, ON. Gabriel is survived by Alex Lawrence Jacobs (father), Jennifer Nootchtai nee Smith (sister), Susan Jacobs (sister), Leo Jacobs (brother), Dean Jacobs (brother), Joan Jacobs (sister), Irene Elliott (sister), Sonya Maisonoquaishkang (sister) and Adrienne Maisonoquaishkang. Gabriel is preceded in death by Shirley Maisonoquaishkang nee Solomon (mother), Judy Solomon (sister) and Arlene Solomon (sister). He will be deeply missed by his many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephew and friends. The family would like to thank Sanctuary of Toronto for their ongoing and continued support throughout Gabriel's life.
Interment will follow his cremation at Whitefish Lake First Nation at a later date.
