It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Garry Andrew Carter in Toronto on January 23, 2021. Beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. We remember him as a kind, caring and compassionate person. Lovingly remembered by his mother Brenda Carter, siblings Deborah, Anthony, Truly and Chris, nephews Alexander and Andreas, and extended family. Predeceased by his younger sister Shelley in 2007. Garry attended Preston High School and graduated from Mohawk College. He will be forever loved and missed. Donations in Garry's memory can be made to the Saint Elizabeth Foundation in Toronto.
