Dear Connie and Sergio, Sandra and Urbain, Anthony and Sandra and all of the grandchildren and great grandchildren, 
Tom and I and our family send each and every one of you our most heartfelt condolences.
  I remember every visit to Zia's house insured that there would be available a plate of the best  homemade cookies imaginable.  Zia's hospitality was unmatched by anyone.  I remember Zio Tony teasing your mom and her reaction. They would make us laugh. They were so beautiful together. A true love story. I remember laughter and eating and visits in Fossacesia one magical summer when Connie and Sergio were newlyweds. I remember feeling as though Zia Joanne would always be there. I can't describe the feeling of knowing she is gone. It's an emptiness.  
We send our love and prayers for peace and strength. Zia's memory will forever be a blessing.

Dear Connie Sandra and Anthony our thoughts and prayers are with your families. So many beautiful memories of times past together many picnics, Sunday visits the Clendenan /Vine days!! Giovanna and Tony were so much of our lives back then; always many laughs to be shared amongst us all, God  bless them now they are together. On behalf of the Marchegiano family we want to extend our deepest condolences to the Arrizza family. Our mother Rosa lived on the same street back in their home town and their friendship was more like a sisterhood. She was our aunt too. Our childhood memories are filled with picnics and sitting by the beach, fun and laughter.  Always remember those great times, they have more meaning now.  Rest in peace Giovanna.

My Zia Giovanna, My Godmother, My Confidant, My Advisor.
Her House was my first house. My Name was her name.
We shared similar life experiences and had similar outlooks on life.
My Zia a wonderful cook, she always amazed me, an even better baker.  She was generous and shared her recipes and tips.  She had a strong faith.  The thing that endeared me the most about my Zia was her love for her Husband, Zio Tonino.  She will always be a shining example to me of how to live a good life.  I will forever miss her usual sign off after one of our calls.  Love you Zia, she would say to me and I would repeat, I love you Zia.  Sending much love and comfort to my Dear Cousins, Connie, Sandra and Anthony.
