Giovanni was born on March 17, 1934 in Fiumara di Muro, Reggio Calabria, Italy and passed away on March 26, 2023 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 89 years.
He will be dearly missed by his loving wife and forever dance partner of over 60 years, Gaetana
Giovanni is the loving Father of Peter (Anna), Domenica (Gaspare), and Giuseppe.
Cherished Nonno of Alessandro, Johnny, John Matthew, and Michael
He will be forever remembered, loved and deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 5:00pm-9:00pm PLEASE NOTE: Masks are no longer required to attend the visitation or the funeral service, however, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please do so.
The Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 10:30am at St. Clare’s Church, 1118 St. Clair Ave. W.
Entombment to follow at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St. Clair Ave. W.
