Born on December 19, 1939, she was the child of Gwendolene and John Hanson
She is survived by son Steve. Grandchildren Hamadi Tomlinson, Iovanna Miller, Nyesha Fox, Sharell Robbins, Jahmol Reid and Shana Reid.
She was preceded in death by Husband Lloyd Parnell and son Garnett Reid
