It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ida Lio, who left this world on October 19, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Ida was born on March 18, 1940, in Rende, Cosenza, Calabria, Italy, to her adoring parents, Vincenzo and Vincenza.
Ida is survived by her devoted husband, Frank, who stood by her side through all of life's joys and challenges. She was a loving and proud mother to Dino(Laura) and Carmelina, and a cherished Nonna to Christopher (Natalie), Victoria, Vanessa and great-grandson, Massimo.
Ida was a dedicated sister to Carmela (Late Luigi), Anna (late Emilio), Mike (Linda), and Mario (Sylvia), forming a close-knit family bond that brought warmth and love to all their lives.
Ida's memory will forever live on in the hearts of her many friends, family, relatives, and all those fortunate to have known her. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering love touched the lives of many.
