It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father, who passed away quietly at home under the loving care of his two daughters on Father's Day, June 21st, 2026.

Born on February 13, 1953, in Bucharest, Romania, he lived a life defined by hard work, perseverance, wisdom, and devotion to his family. As the eldest of four brothers and one of twelve siblings, he carried a strong sense of responsibility from an early age. He was the second of his siblings to leave this world, joining and reuniting with his beloved sister and parents in heaven, leaving behind a family who will forever cherish his memory.

After immigrating to Canada, he dedicated himself to his skilled trade, working tirelessly to build a successful life and provide opportunities for his family. Through determination, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment, he created a foundation of stability and security that will remain one of his greatest legacies.

A devoted father to his two daughters and son, he led by example, teaching the values of resilience, independence, and lifelong learning. Though often stoic in demeanor, those who knew him best appreciated his sharp wit, wonderful sense of humor, and the warmth that lay beneath his quiet strength.

He had a passion for dancing and found joy in staying active, both physically and intellectually. Never content to accept limitations or social conventions, he continually sought to expand his understanding of the world. He challenged boundaries, embraced learning throughout his life, and cultivated a depth of knowledge and wisdom that inspired those around him.

He will be remembered for his strength of character, his dedication to family, his curiosity, and his ability to persevere through life's challenges with dignity and grace.

His memory will live on in the hearts of his children, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by him are welcomed to attend a visitation and service to pay their respects and share their fond memories.

Visitation will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, June 27th, 2026 at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel, followed by a service.
