Ivy Latchnee Rajmoolie

Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother

Ivy L. Rajmoolie was born on August 12th, 1931 in Princes Town, Trinidad and Tobago. She moved to Canada in 1974. She worked at Bonar Packaging until her retirement in 1996. She was an active member of St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church in Scarborough.

Ivy L. Rajmoolie passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 at Scarborough General Hospital. Ivy was able to say good-bye to her loved ones as she always wished she could.

Ivy was the beloved wife of the late Lincoln Rajmoolie. She was a loving mother of six children. Who will miss her dearly. Her eldest Lily Seepersad who predeceased her as well as her husband Joseph Seepersad. She is survived by her remaining five children, Shirley Singh, Oliver Rajmoolie, Annette Courtemanche, David Rajmoolie and Stephanie Shelley. Her son-in-laws Rex Singh and Yoram Shelley. Her daughter-in-law Leela Rajmoolie.

Ivy was a proud grandmother and loved her grandchildren very much. She is survived by her fifteen grandchildren Rachel, Cathy, Josanne, Lincoln, Nadia, Christina,Vidya, Jonathan, Mark, David, Joshua, Shevanna, Eric, Emily and Samantha, and her fourteen great grandchildren.

A visitation for Ivy will be held Sunday, March 10, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K2B5, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
