Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and loved ones on January 7th, 2016. Joan O’Hare beloved Grandmother (G-Ma) and Mother of Pamela (Chris), Todd (Monica), Shawn (Lisa). Predeceased by her beloved son Wade, Brother Ross and Sister Mariam. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jen (Craig), Jeff (Shannon), Stephen (Ashley), Danielle (John), Stephanie (Jamie), Nicole, Daniel (Nataly), Taylor, Dillon, Jessica, Sara, and Zander. Will be deeply missed by her brother Earl, Sister's Grace and Merle as well as many nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held at GIFFEN-MACK DANFORTH FUNERAL HOME (2570 Danforth Ave. Toronto, ON 416-698-3121) on Sunday, January 10th, 2016 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Giffen-Mack Chapel on Monday, January 11th, 2016 at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Rd. Scarborough, Ontario). Friends and family are invited to attend a reception in the Giffen-Mack Lounge following the burial.
