Born May 6, 1959, in Etobicoke, Ontario, Kim was the daughter of the late Jean Mclean and the late Garland Mclean. She was a devoted mother to Shannon McLean and Calvin McLean, and a proud grandmother to Cali McLean. She cared deeply for her family, friends, and neighbours, and was someone people could always count on.
Kim carried that same compassion into her work, where she served for many years as a union steward. She believed in doing what was right and brought a strong sense of integrity to everything she did. She believed in standing up for others and was never afraid to speak up when it mattered.
Kim will be remembered for her strength, empathy, and determination. Her greatest gift was her willingness to care for others and to stand beside those who needed her. The kindness she showed and the lives she touched will remain a part of her lasting memory.
Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K2B5, CA, on October 5, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
