It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Lauraanne Lidstone on August 12, 2026. Born in Pembroke, Ontario, Lauraanne was predeceased by her loving partner, Steven Clipperton, and her parents, Teresa and Gordon Burt.
She will be deeply missed by her siblings Shawn (predeceased) and Amanda; daughters Tanya and Patricia-Lee, and their father, Vernon. She will also be remembered by her stepchildren Allan, Angela and Nicole; grandchildren Justin (predeceased), Tenysha, James, Johnathan, Chloe and Sophia; dear friend Christina Stamper; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Many thanks to Scott and Nancy for their continued support over the years.
Lauraanne had a gentle and caring nature and a deep love for animals. She was happiest outdoors, especially when fishing or camping and enjoying the beauty and peacefulness of nature. Her warmth and kindness will be fondly remembered by those who knew and loved her.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto ON, M4C 1L3 on August 31, 2026, from 10:00am to 1:00pm for the visitation and funeral service.
