SMITH, Lisa Dawn - Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at the age of 39. Reunited in heaven with her loving mother Janet. Survived by her father Larry. Beloved wife of Lewis. Greatly missed by her four boys Lucas, Josh, Philip and Alex. Sadly missed by her brother and sisters, Vickey, Doug, Paula, Angela and Kaitlin. Lisa will be held in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Family and friends may visit at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough (between Eglinton and St. Clair Aves. E.) on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place Wednesday, November 18, 2009 in the Jerrett Funeral Home Chapel at 9:30 a.m. Lisa will be laid to rest in the Duffin Meadows Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
