It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Lorraine May Couto on June 11, 2026, at her home.

Born on July 30, 1966, Lorraine was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, and cherished friend whose kindness and sense of humor touched everyone who knew her. She had a remarkable ability to make people laugh, bringing joy and lightheartedness to every room she entered. Her quick wit, infectious smile, and generous heart will be deeply missed.

Lorraine was always willing to help others whenever she could. Whether offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or words of encouragement, she made a lasting difference in the lives of many. Her compassion and selflessness were among her greatest qualities.

Above all else, Lorraine loved her family. She was a devoted mother to her sons, John Lewis Couto (Carla) and Mario George Couto Jr (Sherry), and a proud and loving grandmother to her grandson, Ethan Couto. Her family was the center of her world, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void in our hearts, we take comfort in the countless memories, laughter, and love she shared with us throughout her life.

She will be forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
