Passed away peacefully in Toronto on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at the age of 86. Luigina is predeceased, by her beloved husband Carmine, and will be sadly missed by her loving children Mary (Tony De Santo), John (Maria), Peter (Rose), and Paul
(Diane). Cherished nonna to Rosie, Laurie, Michael, Giulia, Matthew Carmine, Christina, Stefan, Matthew Jay, Dante, Andrew and Brandon. Great-grandmother to John, Ashley, Alexia, Toula Marie and Gus. Luigina will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her extended family and friends.
Visiting will be held at DELMORO FUNERAL HOME, 61 Beverly Hills Dr., (1 light south of Wilson Ave., west of Jane St. 416-249-4499) on Monday January 2, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 3, 2011 at ST. THOMAS AQUINAS ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (640 Glenholme Ave., south of Eglinton Ave.). Entombment to follow at PROSPECT CEMETERY (on St. Clair Ave., east of Caledonia rd.). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sunnybrook Foundation.
