Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Tuesday,
October 13, 2015 at the age of 82. Rosa immigrated in 1955 from
San Giorgio Morgeto, Italy (Province of Reggio Calabria). She is a devoted
wife and nurturing mother who loved her family immensely. An avid
gardener and cook who took joy in her flower and vegetable garden.
Rosa is survived by her loving husband Salvatore and her children
Salvatore (Lucy), Angela, Pina, Michele (Yusliedys), Nancy (Mike).
Loving Nonna to her grandchildren, Michelle, Frankie, Roseanna (Mike),
Gloria (Dan), Christina, Diana, Alexandra, Gregory, Michael, Johnny,
Miguelito. Loving Bisnonna to Eden, Ciara, Mya, Alyssa and her furry
companion Isabelle. Rosa will be greatly missed by her sister
Stella (Attillio), predeceased by her brother Salvatore (Lina) and sister in law
Elena (Michele) and extended siblings in Italy.She is loved and admired
by so many family and friends. Remembered for her warm smile, infectious
belly laugh, kindness and strength. We will celebrate her life and be forever
grateful for our Angel watching over us.
