

Marjory Irene Gibb, in her 101st year, passed away at the Dorothy Ley Hospice, Etobicoke, on April 30, 2026, surrounded by loved ones. Marjory was born on October 28, 1925, in Albion, the second child and first daughter of Joan Magdaline Cooper and James Francis Grogan.
Beloved wife of the late John Harold Gibb, and mother to daughters Madelon (Tony) and Jo (George); cherished grandmother to Veronica and Kelly (Holly); great-grandmother to Nicole, Amber and Kaleb; great-great-grandmother to Wesley, Maxwell and Ellie.
Fondly remembered by her surviving sisters Jennifer and Janet (Peter) and many nieces and nephews; predeceased by brothers Emmett and Louis, and sisters Pauline and Priscilla (aka Pat).
Will be greatly missed by care-givers Ellen, Vida, Janelle and Marnelie.
Marjory was a gift and friend to all who met her. Her kind, loving and easy-going nature touched so many lives, particularly through her many years with the TD bank and Toronto Vegetarian Association. She was known for her sense of humour and joy, her fairness and her deep desire to help others.
May the memory of the love and laughter she shared in life, continue to comfort and inspire us.
