Mark was born July 13th, 1957 in Toronto and throughout his life he remained a stalwart ambassador of the city. He was a living landmark.
A lover of art, music, photography, cinema, writing, history and local geography. Mark had many many passions.
A truly beloved son, brother, partner, uncle, great uncle, companion, teacher, advisor, mentor and most importantly friend. Mark was always a friend to those in need.
Mark was predeceased by his mother and father Colleen and Frank Mattin, and by his sister Bernadette Mattin.
A memorial will take place Thursday May 21st from 5-9pm at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel at 467 Sherbourne St, downtown Toronto.
Mark was a larger than life character and truly a one of a kind man. His loving and caring soul will be missed by all who knew him.
