Mary Ann Meagher passed away in her 71st year on September 22, 2026 after a long battle with stiff person syndrome. Beloved wife of Paul O'Neill. Daughter of the late Thomas and Frances Meagher. Special thank you to all the nurses and caregivers for their tender care. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 11AM at Holy Name parish, 71 Gough Avenue, Toronto, ON (Gough and Danforth at Pape Subway). Donation in Mary Anne's name can be made to the St. Michael's Hospital Palliative Unit. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
