Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 29, 2011 after a courageous battle with heart disease and cancer at the age of 82 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Lewis. Loving mother of Dawn and her husband Mike Scuglia and Traci and her husband Tom Jesty. Cherished Sittie of Sarah, Frankie, Madeleine and Liam. Loving sister of Joumah and Janet Younis, Nita and Jimmy Eisenhauer, Abdoulah and Gloria Younis, Allie and Linda Younis. A very special thank you to Kathleen Valdez and Merna Rodriguez for all of their loving care. Mary will be loved and remembered by all of her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Avenue West (1 block east of Dufferin Street) from 11 a.m. -- 1 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mary Trimm to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
